Reminder to sign form

Hi JH106,

This is a reminder from your IS Rep, Sabrina.
Please take note that you have to sign the Kite Flying Experience Form whether you are taking part in this activity or not.
Please take note also that this activity will take place on 22nd of March, Monday. So you will have to hand in the form on that day itself. No delay, this is a final reminder.
This would be a very fun and memorable event, so I encourage you all to join this Kite Flying Experience. Please refer to the consent form should you require any other information.
